Full Synopsis

In this personal account, Miman describes growing up as a Roma person born in Germany and being confronted with racism from an early age. Years later, he sees his son experience a similar form of discrimination. He reflects on shame, labels imposed by others, social boundaries, and the expectations placed on migrant and marginalized communities. He ultimately calls for different affected communities to recognize their shared structural challenges and work together to shape a better future for themselves and their children.
